TIMES NETWORK is looking for candidate for the position of Senior Legal Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, vetting, negotiating all kinds of legal contracts relating to international distribution and syndication of television channels, digital platforms, content acquisition,etc
• Handling litigation and ADR matters - drafting notices, notice replies, plaints, affidavits, etc., briefing counsels, strategizing for mitigating liability
• Handling music acquisition and all matters related to music distribution
• Handling all branded content and advertising sales related agreements and disputes
• Handling IP related agreements and disputes 
• Managing and supervising the functions of legal team and liaising with and coordinating with the internal business teams
• Providing expert legal advice to various internal content and business teams and assisting senior management in legal issues

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LLB/LLM
• Experience: 10-12 years PQE

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
