Details of the Job/Internship

Times Network is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 10 to 12 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, vetting, negotiating all kinds of legal contracts relating to international distribution and syndication of television channels, digital platforms,content acquisition,etc.
• Handling litigation and ADR matters - drafting notices, notice replies, plaints, affidavits, etc., briefing counsels, strategizing for mitigating liability.
• Handling music acquisition and all matters related to music distribution.

Eligibility

• Minimum 10 years of PQE should be in the media and entertainment industry, preferably in broadcasting.
• Strong legal acumen and knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws, contract law, corporate laws, content regulation laws, technology laws including IT Act andData Privacy laws.
• Experience in handling IP related contracts,negotiations and disputes.

Salary/Stipend
