Details of the Job/Internship

Transvolt Mobility Private Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Manager to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• 1. Contract & Finance Documentation
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, loan documents, security instruments, guarantees, and other finance-related documentation.
• Ensure legal soundness and commercial feasibility of borrowing and financing structures.
• 2. Corporate & Financing Legal Advisory
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and financial matters including debt transactions, inter-creditor arrangements, and funding structures.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks governing corporate and financing transactions.
• 3. Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and legal advisors for smooth execution of financing and funding arrangements.
• Work with internal teams to support due diligence, legal opinions, and documentation for loans and credit facilities.
• 4. Litigation & Dispute Management
• Manage arbitration, litigation, legal notices, and disputes independently.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• 5. Risk & Compliance
• Identify legal and financial risks in operations and transactions.
• Recommend mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the Companies Act, FEMA, RBI regulations, and relevant sectoral guidelines.
• 6. Strategic Legal Support
• Advise senior leadership on legal implications of business strategy, corporate actions, and investments.
• Support corporate governance and assist with board-level documentation where required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. – Mandatory
• LL.M. or CS – Preferred
• Certifications in Banking Law / Finance Law – Added advantage
