UK Realty is hiring a Senior Legal Manager to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Senior Legal Manager will be responsible for legal document preparation, legal consulting, legal compliance, and managing legal affairs daily.
• The role involves ensuring legal adherence and providing strategic legal advice to support the company's growth and community-focused initiatives.

Eligibility

• LLB is a must.
• Legal Document Preparation expertise.
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant legal qualifications and certifications.
• Drafting of Agreements, JVs, MOUs etc.
• Rera compliance process knowledge is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
