Details of the Job/Internship

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal Manager at UK Realty in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Legal Manager will be responsible for legal document preparation, legal consulting, legal compliance, and managing legal affairs on a daily basis. The role involves ensuring legal adherence and providing strategic legal advice to support the company's growth and community-focused initiatives.

Eligibility

• LLB is must.
• Legal Document Preparation expertise.
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant legal qualifications and certifications.
• Drafting of Agreements , JVs , MOUs etc.
• Rera compliance process knowlege preferred.

Salary/Stipend
