Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with vendors and clients.
- Managing consumer issues; preliminary responses to legal notices and
- litigation management.
- Ability to juggle and manage different business units.
- Managing IP-related matters.
- Drafting all consumer-facing documentation.
- Ability to deal with new areas of laws and regulations with quick turnaround time for areas affected or vulnerable.
- Compliance management.
- Execute strategy set for managing advertising challenges.
- Identify and assess risks and opportunities for the business.
Eligibility
- Minimum LLB / LLM from a reputed College/University.
- 7+ Years of Post-Qualification Experience.
