Details of the Job/Internship

Urban Vault is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with 5–8 years of experience in real estate, co-working, or commercial leasing to join their team. The role involves leading all legal and compliance matters across leasing, vendor contracts, real estate due diligence, and dispute resolution while advising leadership on legal risks and frameworks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and other commercial documents.
• Manage real estate due diligence including title verification, property documentation, and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, RERA 2016, labor laws, and company policies.
• Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and liaise with external counsel.
• Advise leadership on legal risks, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
• Build internal processes and templates to streamline legal workflows.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a reputed institute.
• 5–8 years of legal experience in real estate, co-working, or commercial leasing.
• Strong knowledge of property law, contracts, and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Practical, business-first approach to legal risk.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
