Details of the Job/Internship

Xceedance is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Legal Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide legal support and advice on contract management, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract execution and management.
• Maintain and update contract templates, guidelines, and procedures.
• Utilize contract lifecycle management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• - Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.

Eligibility

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate commercial law, with a mix of law firm and in-house roles.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating MSAs, SaaS Agreements, NDAs, SLAs, SOWs, and other corporate agreements.
• Strong understanding of M&A and contract lifecycle management software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
