Details of the Job/Internship

Yellow.ai  is hiring a Senior Legal Manager to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and legal requirements.
• Oversee all corporate legal processes including acquisitions, partnerships, and compliance with local and international legal standards.
• Advise on and manage intellectual property rights, ensuring protection and compliance across all business units.
• Governance and Compliance: Coordinate governance practices and procedures, ensuring they meet statutory requirements and advise on corporate governance affairs.
• Monitor and analyze changes in laws that affect the company's operations in India, ensuring all business processes remain compliant with labor, data protection, and other relevant regulations.
• Provide guidance to legal staff on matters related to India and oversee external counsel relationships in the region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to address their legal needs and concerns.
