North Eye Advisors is hiring Senior Legal Manager and Legal Manager with experience of 3–7 years to join their offices in Lucknow and Noida. The role involves work in mortgage lending, banking, and business legal (non-litigation), with responsibilities spanning due diligence, compliance, risk management, documentation, and team and client management. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title search and TSR vetting.
• Verify ownership and carry out legal due diligence.
• Provide legal advisory on mortgage products and compliance.
• Handle risk management and fraud prevention.
• Draft and review mortgage documentation.
• Manage client escalations and turnaround time (TAT).
• Oversee team leadership, recruitment, and productivity management.
• Handle relationship management and business development.

Eligibility

Law degree (LLB/LLM or relevant certification).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
