Details of the Job/Internship

Seven Circle Property Developers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Officer – Real Estate with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review property agreements, lease deeds, POAs, and MoUs.
• Conduct title due diligence for property acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate regulations.
• Liaise with legal firms, advocates, and government authorities.
• Handle litigation, legal notices, and dispute resolution.
• Support in project registrations and legal documentation.
• Conduct legal verification with bankers for OV processes.
• Address customer disputes and property-related legal concerns.
• Monitor legal risks and regulatory updates.

Eligibility

• LLB (mandatory); LLM preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate law.
• Proficiency in Tamil is a strong advantage.
• Experience in a developer or real estate company is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
