Details of the Job/Internship

Unisys is hiring a Senior Legal Operations Specialist to join their Bengaluru team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including MSAs and SOWs.
• Conduct detailed contract abstraction to summarize critical terms like termination, pricing, and service levels.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Agiloft CLM platform, coordinating system fixes and AI enhancements.
• Design and deploy efficient contract management processes to support Unisys’ business priorities.
• Develop and monitor dashboards to track KPIs such as contract cycle time and volume.
• Support post-signature processing, repository management, and data enrichment.
• Provide training and operational support to internal stakeholders on contracting tools.
• Coordinate with IT and CIT teams to ensure data integrity and usability of legal technology.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Legal Studies (Required).
• 6–8+ years of experience in legal operations or commercial contracting within a global enterprise.
• Mandatory expertise in Agiloft CLM or similar enterprise platforms (e.g., Icertis, Ironclad, Ariba).
• Strong understanding of commercial IT services agreements and procurement contracts.
• Experience with AI-enabled contract review tools and metadata management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in generating actionable performance metrics.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of contracts in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-cultural environment.
