Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring Senior Legal Professionals with 10-12+ years of experience to join its offices across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle client advisory, drafting, and transactional work depending on the practice area.
• Lead matters in corporate, M&A, litigation, real estate, labour, IPR, banking & finance, tax, or capital markets (as applicable).
• Manage teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee matters from strategy to execution aligned with firm practice standards.

Eligibility

• 5+ years or 10–12+ years of experience (as per role).
• Expertise in specified practice areas for the respective locations.
• Strong legal drafting, client management, and matter handling experience.
