Details of the Job/Internship

Loch Corporate Services Private Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Researcher with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare structured written materials including summaries, chronologies, factual matrices, and draft submissions.
• Review documents, identify relevant facts, and classify information for drafting.
• Conduct legislation, policy, and case law research and summarise findings clearly.
• Work with approved templates, style guides, and workflows.
• Assist in maintaining templates, drafting aids, and structured documents.
• Support senior reviewers with corrections, refinements, and quality checks.
• Run structured analysis using internal tools and record findings accurately.
• Maintain spreadsheets including matter indexes, reference logs, and research notes.
• Document sources, version control, and research methodology.
• Track revision cycles and apply feedback consistently.
• Perform additional research or drafting tasks assigned by the Manager.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or related discipline.
• One to three years of experience in legal research, analytical writing, or structured drafting.
• Experience preparing written summaries, memos, or factual analysis in a professional setting.
