Kanoon-e is looking for candidate for an on-site internship role for a Senior Legal Specialist.

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Legal Specialist will be responsible for handling various legal tasks, including legal consulting, preparing legal documents, and addressing legal issues.

The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and legal principles
• Experience in legal consulting and providing advisory services
• Proficient in legal document preparation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze and resolve legal issues
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience in handling corporate related legalities and dispute resolution is a plus.
• Internship or prior work experience in a corporate is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Experiences in Drafting and review of contracts.

Salary/Stipend
