Details of the Job/Internship
Flipkart is hiring a Senior Licensing Executive with 3–7 years of experience to join its License and Permits team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with real estate, legal, HR, and compliance teams for procuring licenses and permits.
- Monitor daily license requirements and apply for necessary permits.
- Review documents received from stakeholders for license applications.
- Conduct research and prepare documents related to licensing requirements.
- Perform payment analysis and process license-related payments.
- Communicate with third-party intermediaries and stakeholders for updates.
- Visit sites, verify license conditions, and guide teams on compliance maintenance.
- Track operational metrics and ensure timely updates on regulatory changes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 3–7 years of experience in a license and permits role.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MIS and MS Office (intermediate to advanced level).
- Basic understanding of license and permit procedures.
