Jurisiti is hiring a Senior Litigation Advocate with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end civil, commercial, corporate, and business litigation cases.
• Draft precise legal documents with excellent typing speed.
• Represent clients in court with strong argumentative skills and a confident courtroom presence.
• Engage with clients for legal counseling, case discussions, strategy formulation, and proposing remedies.
• Deliver outstanding presentations and communicate complex legal matters clearly.
• Prioritize client interests and ensure high-quality service.
• Meet strict deadlines and maintain focus under pressure.

Eligibility

• LLB from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), with at least 4 years of active courtroom exposure.
• Native of Delhi, fluent in Hindi and English.
• Exceptional drafting, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly committed, client-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
