Jurisiti is a New Delhi-based law firm with a strong focus on litigation and legal advisory. Founded in 2024 by Nitin Naresh, they are backed by a team of experienced litigation advocates, including two Advocate on Record (AOR) in the Supreme Court of India.
Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti is hiring for the position of Senior Litigation Advocate with 7-8 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Firm Profile: Small, young, and ambitious law firm with significant growth potential.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently manage client matters in district courts, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing agreements, contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 4-5 junior advocates, assigning tasks, setting objectives, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee end-to-end quality control of the firm’s legal work, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and reporting directly to the firm’s partners.
- Represent the firm in court with exceptional advocacy skills, securing favorable outcomes in complex litigation matters.
- Drive operational excellence by managing legal, technical, and administrative workflows with precision and efficiency.
- Foster strong client relationships through professional consultations and consistent delivery of superior work product.
- Handle civil, corporate, commercial, and business matters, including litigation related to the same, with strategic planning and logical reasoning.
- Manage multiple cases and matters daily, ensuring thorough documentation, organization, and planning while prioritizing client interests.
Eligibility
- Education: LLB from a Tier-1 law college in India (e.g., Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi University LLB). Candidates from IP University and CCS University need not apply.
- Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of core litigation experience; minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) required.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commanding presence and maturity to inspire confidence in clients and team members.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi, with superior communication and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional research, drafting, and typing skills with speed and accuracy.
- Strong logical reasoning and strategic planning for litigation matters.
- Excellent legal acumen, courtroom advocacy, and argument skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases daily with dedication, devotion, and commitment to client rights and safety.
- Network: Strong connections with legal professionals across Delhi, NCR, and beyond is an advantage.
