Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti is hiring for the position of Senior Litigation Advocate with 7-8 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters across civil, commercial, corporate, business, industrial, labour, and consumer law.
• Provide strategic legal advice and effective client representation.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to design innovative and result-oriented legal strategies.

Eligibility

• 7–8 years of proven litigation experience in the specified practice areas.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, court procedures, and case strategies.
• Commitment to full-time office hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday) at our Janakpuri office.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to a long-term role in a fast-paced and collaborative litigation environment.

Salary/Stipend
