Role and Responsibilities
- Full-time on-site role for a Senior Litigation Associate in Delhi.
- The Senior Litigation Associate will be responsible for Independently handling cases.
- Conducting research.
- Preparing for evidence.
- Representing clients in courts.
Eligibility
Ability to Independently handle litigation in High Court, NCLT
- Expertise in Law.
- Experience in preparing and presenting cases.
- Proficiency in conducting legal Research.
- Experience in representing clients in Courts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
