Details of the Job/Internship
GLA Law Offices is hiring Senior Litigation Associates and IP Associates with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Lajpat Nagar-1, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft suits, writs, appeals, revisions, complaints, and other pleadings.
- Represent clients before the Delhi High Court, district courts, and tribunals, including consumer forums and NCDRC.
- Handle civil, criminal, commercial, IPR, and consumer law cases independently.
- Manage trademark prosecution, opposition, copyright filing, design matters, and attend hearings.
- Argue matters before courts and tribunals with minimal supervision.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in litigation or intellectual property law.
- Proficiency in English with excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
- Strong knowledge of court and tribunal procedures in Delhi.
- Ability to independently handle client matters and proceedings.
