Details of the Job/Internship

Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is hiring a Senior Litigation Associate with experience of 6+ years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from start to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Represent clients in trials, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Develop case strategies, assess risks, and counsel clients.
• Negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff for comprehensive case management.
• Stay current on legal developments in litigation.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 years of general litigation experience, ideally in a law firm.
• Proven success in managing high-stakes litigation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
