J-LAW is hiring for thhe position of Senior Litigation Associate with 8-10 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Exceptional drafting skills: Writs, civil suits, arbitration petitions (Sections 9/11/34/37), IA/CA bundles—accurate, well-structured, and typo-free.
- Independent advocacy: Confident in appearing before High Courts, tribunals, arbitrators, and briefing senior counsel when needed.
- Strategic thinking & legal research: Able to analyze complex fact patterns, identify winning arguments, and present them clearly to clients and partners.
- Client-facing maturity: Articulate in both legal and business language, able to handle client communications independently.
- Leadership mindset: Skilled at guiding and mentoring junior team members, managing workflow, and delivering under pressure.
Eligibility
- Experience: 8–10 Years PQE.
- Experience with pharmaceutical laws and regulatory litigation.
- Familiarity with Legal Metrology, FSSAI, and product labelling regulations.
- Appearances before NCLT, commercial courts, or sectoral regulators.
- Ability to turn complex research into crisp legal opinions and strategy memos.
Salary/Stipend
