Details of the Job/Internship
L. S. Davar & Co. is hiring a Senior Litigation Associate (Intellectual Property) with 4–6 years of experience to join their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis in civil, commercial, and IP matters.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, appeals, rejoinders, and written submissions.
- Coordinate with Counsel/Senior Counsel for strategy and briefing.
- Appear before courts, tribunals, and forums for procedural hearings.
- Prepare case notes, chronologies, and briefs.
- Ensure timely filings and maintain detailed case records.
- Liaise with clients for documentation, updates, and inputs.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university and enrolled with the Bar Council (LL.M. preferred).
- 4–6 years of litigation experience with a reputed law firm or chambers.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with court procedures and filing systems.
- Ability to multitask, work independently under supervision, and deliver under tight timelines.
