Details of the Job/Internship
Orange & Grey Advocates and Solicitors is hiring a Senior Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its office in Delhi. The role involves managing court cases, maintaining updated case files, ensuring compliance with court orders, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and applications, and appearing before courts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing court cases and ensuring proper conduct of proceedings.
- Keeping case files updated and ensuring compliance with all court orders.
- Conducting legal research and drafting plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits of evidence, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Appearing before courts on behalf of clients.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation.
- Basic understanding of procedural laws, including CPC, Cr.P.C., and the Evidence Act.
- Willingness to devote long hours to office work and eagerness to learn.
