Details of the Job/Internship

Orange & Grey Advocates and Solicitors is hiring a Senior Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience to join its Delhi office. The role involves handling court matters, drafting and research, file management, and court appearances across diverse areas of litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage court cases across assigned matters.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with all court orders.
• Conduct legal research and draft plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits of evidence, and agreements.
• Appear before courts and assist in litigation proceedings.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation.
• Basic understanding of procedural laws, including the Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure, and the Indian Evidence Act.
• Willingness to devote long working hours and eagerness to learn.

Salary/Stipend
