Details of the Job/Internship
Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is hiring a Senior Litigation Associate with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience to join their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal motions, petitions, and other pleadings.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analyze case laws, statutes, and precedents.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions and other pre-trial or discovery processes.
- Represent clients effectively before courts and judicial authorities.
- Collaborate with senior advocates and clients to develop legal strategies.
- Manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Education: LL.B (mandatory); LL.M or specialization in related fields preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in litigation processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and filings.
- Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
- Sound understanding of court operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in corporate or commercial litigation preferred.
