Details of the Job/Internship

S. S. Rana & Co. is hiring a Senior Litigation Associate to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases and represent clients in courts.
• Prepare and file various IP suits and motions.
• Conduct legal research, handle evidence, and cross examinations.
• Analyze cases, develop litigation strategies, and coordinate with clients and legal team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Bar admission in India and relevant state.
• Proficiency in law and understanding of legal principles.
• Strong research skills.
• Experience in preparing and filing motions.
• Ability to conduct and manage depositions effectively.
• Familiarity with court proceedings and client representation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary/Stipend
