Details of the Job/Internship
TS Law Chambers is hiring a Senior Associate (Litigation) with 3 to 10 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform daily court appearances at the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and various tribunals.
- Handle and manage outstation cases across different High Courts and District Courts.
- Brief cases in a summarized and effective manner for senior counsel or internal review.
- Draft brief notes, written submissions, counter-affidavits, and status reports.
- Conduct time-bound research on diverse legal propositions using standard research databases.
- Execute administrative tasks including client dealing and undertaking case-related compliances.
Eligibility
- 3 years to 10 years of professional experience in a litigation office.
- Preference for candidates with specific experience in the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court.
- Ability to join the firm immediately.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and courtroom advocacy skills.
