Details of the Job/Internship

TS Law Chambers is hiring a Senior Associate (Litigation) with experience of 5–10 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear daily before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Arbitration Tribunals, and other forums.
• Handle outstation cases before various High Courts and District Courts.
• Brief cases in a clear and summarised manner.
• Draft brief notes, written submissions, counter affidavits, status reports, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research on diverse legal propositions using research databases within strict timelines.
• Handle administrative tasks related to cases, including client dealing and compliance-related work.

Eligibility

• 5–10 years of experience in litigation practice.
• Prior experience before the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court is preferred.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and court appearances efficiently.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 70,000, based on experience and skill set.
