Details of the Job/Internship

Khurana & Khurana is hiring for the position of Senior Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

• Primary: Panchsheel Park, Delhi
• Weekly visits (1–2 days): Head Office, Greater Noida

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, filing, and assisting the litigation team across fresh and ongoing matters
• Arguing matters before various courts/tribunals
• Preparing case briefs, conducting legal research, and assisting senior advocates
• Managing coordination with clients and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with procedural requirements across forums

Eligibility

• Strong practical knowledge of CPC and procedures before courts and tribunals.
• Experience in civil, commercial, and ideally IP litigation.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
