Details of the Job/Internship
Juristi Legal LLP is hiring a Senior Litigation Counsel with a minimum of 7 years of core litigation experience to join their office at Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, West Delhi. This is a full-time, in-office role from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents including writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, evidence, rejoinders, and arbitration claims/defenses.
- Represent clients in district courts, high courts, the Supreme Court, tribunals, appellate forums, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and document vetting to build case strategies.
- Manage end-to-end litigation processes with precision and efficiency.
- Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of core litigation experience in business, civil, commercial, corporate, and industrial law.
- Exceptional drafting and legal research abilities.
- Strong courtroom presence with persuasive advocacy skills.
- In-depth knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, business, and industrial laws.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
