Jurisiti is hiring a Senior Litigation Counsel with experience of 8+ years to join their office in South West Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle high-stakes litigation matters.
• Contribute significantly to the firm’s success through litigation expertise.
• Engage in commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Draft and vet legal documents end-to-end.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of focused litigation experience in corporate, civil, commercial, and business law.
• Law degree from a Tier 1 law college.
• Exceptional courtroom presence and legal acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, and business law.
• Proficiency in document vetting, drafting, court litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
