Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring a Senior Litigation Counsel with 6–7 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage client disputes independently from strategy to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings and applications.
• Handle drafting, filing, and documentation for litigation matters.
• Appear and argue before courts and relevant forums.
• Ensure proactive planning and client-focused representation.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in core litigation and arbitration.
• Expertise in civil, commercial, corporate, business, consumer, industrial, and labour laws.
• Strong drafting, pleading, research, and courtroom abilities.
• Ability to manage cases end-to-end without supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates preferred from South West or West Delhi.

Salary/Stipend

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
