Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti is hiring a Senior Litigation Counsel with over 8 years of experience to join its litigation practice in New Delhi. The role involves independent handling of litigation matters from inception to conclusion, daily court appearances, strategic case management, and direct client interaction in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing tailored courtroom strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Independently drafting legal documents including plaints, suits, complaints, petitions, and pleadings.
• Conducting in-depth legal research using statutes, precedents, and legal databases.
• Representing clients independently in court and advancing persuasive legal arguments.
• Managing court compliances, filings, deadlines, hearings, and procedural requirements.
• Handling client relationships from initial consultation to regular updates.
• Undertaking daily court appearances and managing high-stakes litigation matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a Tier 1 institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in core litigation.
• Experience in civil, commercial, corporate, and business disputes.
• Active enrollment with the Bar Council as an Advocate.
• Residency in South West Delhi or West Delhi.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and independent case-handling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend
