Details of the Job/Internship

India Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients before District Courts, High Courts, tribunals, commissions, and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
• Strategize, draft, and vet pleadings including petitions, writs, affidavits, counter-affidavits, appeals, applications, notices, and complaints.
• Manage end-to-end litigation processes including filings, court appearances, inquiries, and execution proceedings.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and maintain consistent communication and strategic guidance.
• Liaise with statutory, regulatory, and quasi-judicial authorities for procedural and compliance-related matters.
• Supervise junior associates and interns on drafting, legal research, and procedural work while ensuring quality control.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in Law from a reputed institution such as National Law University (NLU), Symbiosis Law School, Jindal Global Law School, GLC (Mumbai), or Campus Law Centre (Delhi).
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing advocate with exposure to litigation or corporate matters.
•  Strong analytical, drafting, and legal reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in a law firm with leadership and client management responsibilities.
