Hiranandani Financial Services is hiring a Legal Recovery Manager to oversee legal recovery processes and enhance regional recovery performance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Implement recovery objectives while managing legal processes and stakeholder relationships.
- Follow legal recovery strategies and support collections teams to improve performance.
- Execute recovery plans and ensure timely updates of legal MIS.
- Maintain accurate trackers of all legal cases filed by the organisation.
- Draft legal notices, replies, and formal communications.
- Handle litigation procedures including SARFAESI, Section 138, arbitration, execution proceedings, and civil and criminal cases.
- Conduct customer visits for stressed borrowers and facilitate recovery actions.
- Represent the organisation before courts and tribunals.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and judicial bodies for recovery.
- Use legal tools such as Section 138 notices, Lok Adalat, and conciliation mechanisms.
- Manage lawsuit databases and introduce process improvements.
- Drive initiatives to reduce legal costs.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance of case files.
- Build relationships with solicitors and legal partners.
- Handle NPAs with customised recovery strategies.
- Lead and mentor the team for effective execution.
