Details of the Job/Internship

Mavin RPO Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a senior litigation manager to join them in Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Litigation Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for managing litigation cases effectively, including case assessment, risk analysis, and litigation avoidance where possible. 
• Case Management: Oversee all aspects of litigation cases from inception to resolution, including coordinating with outside counsel, managing discovery processes, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines. 
• Legal Research: Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and provide guidance on legal issues related to ongoing cases. 
• Budget Management: Develop and manage litigation budgets, including forecasting costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective management of litigation matters.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of litigation professionals, including lawyers, and support staff, to ensure high-quality work product and effective case management. 
• Communication: Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on litigation matters, assess potential risks, and recommend appropriate courses of action. 
• Settlement Negotiation: Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes to achieve favourable outcomes for the organization. 
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the litigation process. 

Eligibility

• Education: Holds Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree in Law from an accredited Law College Analytical or Cyber crime law. 
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
