Details of the Job/Internship
Diwan Advocates is hiring a Senior Litigation (Trial) Associate to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to criminal litigation, white collar crimes such as PMLA, PC Act matters, drafting of pleadings, conducting trial, appearances before the Courts and all ancillary works associated to the said role.
Eligibility
- Criminal Litigation and Litigation skills.
- Experience in handling white collar crimes matters such as PMLA, PC Act.
- Strong legal research and writing abilities.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant law degree and bar admission.
