Diwan Advocates is hiring a Senior Litigation (Trial) Associate with experience of 10 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal cases, conducting trials and hearings.
• Develop effective defense strategies based on the unique circumstances of each case.
• Conduct thorough legal research and collate evidence to support client cases.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and appeals.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Stay updated on changes in criminal law and relevant legal precedents.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in criminal trial law.
• Strong understanding of criminal law and legal procedures.
• Proven track record of successful trial outcomes.
