Naik Naik & Company-Advocates is hiring a Senior Litigator to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Representing clients in arbitrations and disputes across various sectors.
- Drafting and reviewing complex commercial contracts and agreements.
- Negotiating favourable settlements for our clients.
- Handling cases related to FEMA, NCLT Act Sec 138, NI Act (cheque bounce), and white-collar crimes.
