Details of the Job/Internship
One97 Communications Limited is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal Litigation with 10–12 years of experience to manage in-house litigation matters across India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and control litigation activities across India.
- Draft legal notices, written statements, replies, and provide day-to-day legal advice.
- Handle police complaints, legal notices, and represent the company in court.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and external legal counsel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance with regulatory norms.
- Conduct legal research and draft/review court documents and pleadings.
- Implement litigation strategies and maintain detailed case records.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
- 10–12 years of litigation experience.
- Minimum 4–5 years of in-house experience.
- Strong knowledge in commercial, employment, and IP litigation.
- Familiarity with court procedures, excellent drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
