Details of the Job/Internship
Darwinbox is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with over 10 years of experience in corporate law to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Manage and oversee the legal document repository and update contract templates.
- Ensure contractual, legal, and privacy compliance across SEA, MEA, and US regions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract closures.
- Evaluate risk factors in business and commercial operations.
- Coordinate with external legal firms in case of litigation.
- Negotiate contractual clauses with customers and vendors.
- Assist with trademark filings and reviews in coordination with external attorneys.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law, preferably across the US, Middle East, or Southeast Asia.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting and review.
- Experience with automation tools is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Strong ethical standards, communication skills, and legal judgment.
- Experience in litigation and exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions.
