Details of the Job/Internship
KONE is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with substantial experience to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise the organization on legal matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Draft contract templates and update legal policies.
- Resolve legal disputes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage shareholder and board meeting documentation.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings as required.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and advise on their impact.
- Coordinate legal proceedings with courts and government authorities.
- Liaise with external legal advisors.
- Maintain internal collaboration and share legal best practices.
- Provide legal training to internal teams.
Eligibility
- Substantial experience in legal advisory roles.
- Proven ability in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
- Experience representing organizations before legal authorities.
