Details of the Job/Internship
Medanta is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with 8–12 years of experience in corporate law to join their legal team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including NDAs, lease agreements, master service agreements, manpower and O&M agreements, SLAs, and MOUs.
- Assist with banking documentation such as sanction letters, loan agreements, and escrow arrangements.
- Manage agreements related to software licenses, AI development, real estate, related party transactions, employment and labor matters, POSH, and CSR.
- Support transactional activities: joint ventures, collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, share purchases, shareholder arrangements, revenue sharing, and due diligence.
- Interact independently with senior management and heads of departments to understand needs and resolve legal queries.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels during transactions.
Eligibility
- 5-year LLB or LLM degree from a reputed college.
- 8–12 years of relevant legal experience in corporate law, company law, SEBI regulations, and IPR.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a law firm is preferred.
