Details of the Job/Internship

Piramal Pharma Ltd is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with experience of 3–7 years to join their office in Kurla, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate major commercial agreements and legal documents to protect company interests.
• Interpret complex contractual provisions and provide actionable advice to business teams on risk exposure.
• Implement and maintain a robust legal and compliance framework for the PCH business and its product portfolio.
• Oversee litigation and dispute matters end-to-end, including coordinating with external counsel and preparing case strategies.
• Proactively identify legal risks and develop effective mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality counsel on Business Ethics and Compliance, including conducting training and awareness initiatives.
• Identify areas of compliance vulnerability and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrences.
• Influence and persuade in decision-making processes through strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a reputed institute.
• 3–6 years of practical experience in a law firm OR 4–7 years of experience as a lawyer in an OTC, FMCG, or Pharma company.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong understanding of FMCG business practices with a focus on ethical standards.
• Ability to present complex legal issues in a manner understandable to non-legal professionals.
