Details of the Job/Internship

Piramal Pharma Limited is hiring a Senior Manager - Legal with experience of 3–7 years to join their office in Kurla, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate major commercial agreements and legal documents to protect company interests.
• Provide actionable advice to business teams regarding contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure.
• Implement and maintain the legal and compliance framework for the PCH business and product portfolio.
• Oversee end-to-end litigation and dispute resolution, including coordinating with external counsel and preparing case strategies.
• Proactively identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Counsel the organisation on business ethics and compliance, including conducting training and awareness initiatives.
• Develop corrective action plans for compliance vulnerabilities to prevent recurring legal issues.

Eligibility

•  LLB degree from a reputed institute.
• At least 3–6 years of practical experience in a law firm OR 4–7 years as an in-house lawyer in an OTC, FMCG, or Pharma company.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to put legal analysis into a business context.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of FMCG business practices and ethical legal standards.
