Details of the Job/Internship
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Senior Manager – Corporate Compliance with over 10 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Ethics and Compliance Program across the organization.
- Develop and enforce anti-bribery, compliance, and ethics policies.
- Guide and support regional compliance officers.
- Provide periodic updates on compliance effectiveness and developments.
- Monitor global laws and industry standards; update compliance programs accordingly.
- Ensure compliance frameworks remain competitive and effective.
- Assist with compliance team activities as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree with CA, LLB, or LLM.
- Certifications in Risk Management, Ethics, Compliance (e.g., CCEP-I, CFE) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory matters.
- Strong understanding of pharma regulations, corporate investigations, anti-bribery laws, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience handling sensitive compliance issues and reporting to senior leadership.
