Details of the Job/Internship

Virohan is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal to strengthen its corporate structuring and compliance foundation in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including investment deal structuring.
• Manage end-to-end statutory compliance, identifying and mitigating risks through comprehensive audits and policies.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex vendor agreements, service contracts, MoUs, and partnership deeds.
• Provide strategic legal advice to founders and senior stakeholders on funding and corporate restructuring.
• Standardize contract templates and legal processes to ensure consistency as the company scales.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure that legal frameworks support organizational objectives and growth.
• Oversee day-to-day legal operations and coordinate with internal teams for cross-functional approvals.
• Spearhead the integration of transformative AI innovations within legal and operational workflows.

Eligibility

• Professional degree in Law with a strong foundation in corporate and commercial laws.
• Significant experience in a similar role, particularly in managing legal and regulatory risks.
• Expert-level contract drafting and high-stakes negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle private equity, M&A, and business incorporation processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a rapidly scaling, entrepreneurial, or startup environment.
• Proficient in managing multi-departmental legal inputs and approvals.
