Details of the Job/Internship
REAL Group is hiring a strategic Legal Professional for its Corporate Office in Raipur with 8–15+ years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement comprehensive legal strategies and risk management frameworks for the group.
- Oversee the drafting and negotiation of complex contracts, including EPC agreements, MoUs, and NDAs.
- Manage high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters across the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, and DRT.
- Ensure rigorous regulatory compliance with RERA, SEBI, and the Companies Act.
- Conduct extensive due diligence for land acquisition and property-related matters.
- Support the leadership team in corporate structuring and IPO-related compliance activities.
- Liaison with government authorities and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing internal legal team.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 8–15+ years of experience in corporate legal management or a related industrial field.
- Deep expertise in litigation, arbitration, and contract negotiation.
- Thorough knowledge of Corporate Law, Labour Law, and Land Laws.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate (RERA) and infrastructure-related legalities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional legal risks.
